As event coordinator she is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, and managing support staff. She ensures that every detail is taken care of, from preplanning through execution to after event close out activities. She also liaises with vendors, sponsors, and attendees, builds relationships, and communicates effectively to ensure everyone is on the same page. Her passion for event planning, attention to detail, and ability to multitask make her an invaluable asset to our organization.
Maria Alberts
As the staff coordinator, she is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution by all staff. Her role involves coordinating with vendors, managing event staff, and addressing any issues that may arise on the day of the event. She is a valuable member of the team, with years of experience in event planning and execution.
